Processing your order fast is one of our top priorities. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. For orders over 250 bars, please allow an additional 2-3 days processing. Extra processing time may be required for those submitting a personal photo or ordering a custom wrapped bar.
An email confirmation will be sent immediately upon placing your order, please double check your order personalization information thoroughly and notify us immediately if there has been an error and we will correct the problem. You may change or cancel any order as long as the order status is in process. Orders that require personalization that have already been processed and not yet shipped are subject to a minimum $25.00 set up fee to re-print your order. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Please order carefully, personalized items cannot be returned. If you receive your order and realize you made an error (we all make mistakes and typos are easy to do, that’s why double checking is so important) we will re-process your order at a 50% discount (original shipping fees apply). If you receive your order and there is an error at fault by Favors and Beyond, we will correct your order and reship it to you at no additional costs. If a reorder is necessary please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a re-process. Re-processing requests after 5 days may be denied.
We highly recommend sending your package to an address where someone will be able to care for it immediately upon arrival. We're not responsible for packages left in the sun and unattended for.
Depending upon the shipping method you select, shipping transit time is 2 to 7 business days. Allow extra time for weekends and holidays.
Do not place the bars in the refrigerator or freezer, this can cause condensation and compromise the quality of the wrapper. It’s best not to handle the bars. Leave them in the box and store them at normal room temperature.
